We'll share HOW we ACCIDENTALLY helped

a small cosmetic clinic double their business

One day we were contacted by a new cosmetic clinic to transport a patient before and after their cosmetic surgery procedure. When we showed up, the patient was nervous and contemplating cancelling their appointment with the clinic.

Being that we have tons of medical transportation experience in showing compassion and empathy for our terminally ill patients, unphased and without skipping a beat our driver said,
"Don't worry. I can drive you to your appointment and if you still feel you want to cancel your appointment by the time we get there, we'll drive you right back. But if you decide to keep your appointment you'll be on time. Either way it's a win win. Deal?"

The patient accepted the deal as well as our sparkling water we offer on our trips. By the time they arrived at the clinic she felt better and as she hopped off she thanked the driver for emphatically listening to her the whole way there.

After her appointment our driver very carefully loaded our new friend into our very clean van. She expressed she felt reassured because she was being picked up by familiar face. They had history after all.

Several weeks later, the owner of the clinic called our offices and asked,

"What did you do to them?!"

"Excuse me?! We don't understand?" we answered confused.

The doctor asked again, "What did you to them? The patients! They all come back raving about your service. They think we have our own van and driver just for them. They also said you offered them water. What do you put in the water? Never mind, just keep doing what you are doing. They keep referring our clinic and that's what I care about. We didn't have a lot of patients when we started but since we started using you our business doubled. Thank you!"

Our dispatcher turned around and asked the driver, "Hey the clinic wants to know what you do to the patients."
